Cheap but decent.
I bought a size 8 (my usual size) and by tightening the ribbon a bit it fit perfectly. It comes to about 4cm above my knee and I'm 5'0. The fabric and elasticated waist do look cheap, but once on it isn't as noticable, especially if it's paired with a nice top and boots, or patterned tights. It looks quite smart on, and clings nicely to curves.
