Lovely colour
I really like this dress and would have given 5 stars but for 2 things; the top is see through - a white bra is needed and the elasticated waist isn't "tidy". However I bought a white chiffon sash and the dress looks fabulous now. The blue colour is vibrant, I love the stripes and the dress is very elegant.
