Out of my size so had to go for the 18r instead of 16r. They really are a true size 18 so will easily take in a bit down both sides to make fit, good thing about being bigger is you get the depth needed from waist to crotch which i often find lacking in many trousers.Regular inside leg are 32" with these so if your 29-30 i guess go short length. They stretch in all directions and the waist is a nice comfy elasticated one so yes i am very happy with these and have bought more to leave up mums when i stay up hers at weekends.
