Fitted and flattering
I am busty 16, bought 16 and it fits snug on top, cannot button below waist as I am paunchy below the belly button anyway since hysterectomy. I 'cleverly' tuck one side of the hem into my trousers loosely and the other side hanging outside for a casual sporty look and it works. No stretch to shirt so if you want a slightly loose fit, get a size up.
