Good quality
Yes, the quality is really good, and it has an actual bra in it that you need to hook and unhook separate from the cami. I would say be careful with your actual size though, I am 34 DD, I had to get it in 32 E as they don't have my size in stock, cups are a tiny bit big for me, which is my fault obviously. I would buy again if they had 34DD in a different color.
