Tiny car coat
Love the lightweight quilting. Poppers are prone to dropout so best left open. Sizewise it's possibly not UK/EU. A 16 was measuring 32" chest. It was a perfect length as a very light car coat as it was unlined or used as a showerproof. It was quite sloaney rather than towie.
