Had a bit trouble putting these leggings on that I ordered in size 10-12. I'm a size 12 and 5'2" and knew they would be too long for me, but got them for something to wear casually at home. They don't have much stretch to them as they're 100% cotton. I may need to stretch them out abit. They feel comfy once on. Hopefully they should be fine once I've washed and stretched them out a few times. But they don't look as long on me as described, reaching to my ankles (36in from belt to hem). But on the model pictured the leggings looked cropped, but she's probably much taller than me.
